So playing as Italy in the 1933 and its now 1939. Nat. Spain has won allowing me to reorganize the army. Interesting event to say the least. I choose to do it for the additional units, and when I went to produce a new unit of infantry, in the production que it says that there are only 91 men in the division (even though the division is at 100% str) and on all of the other infantry divisions (cap at 70%) the manpower says 9100 men in the division. I'm thinking maybe a decimal got misplaced or something, not sure how the equipment all works so I do not know how to check. Reported when I saw this...will build the unit and see if it only has 91 men in the division...3.1 ic is alot of industry to train 91 men to run into 13000 men with rifles aimed at them though lawl.
