Italian Cores

I think before the patch is officially released something should be done about Italian Cores.

One Rhodes and the Dodecanese should not be italian cores they should be only claims at best. They where relatively speaking recently acquired Italian Territories and where firmly greek ethnically. They where not even considered part of the Italian irredenta.

Lugano should be claimed as a core in the WW1 scenario as it is claimed in the WW2 scenarios.

The Dalmatian cores need to be reviewed. Italy claimed all of Dalmatia since its formation as an independent state. Not just Split and Dubronvik but also Knin and karlovac which would represent the entirety of Italian cores over Dalmatia.

I would stay away from having Ljubljana an italian claim from the start. While it was conquered in the Italian invasion of yugoslvia it was never considered part of the Italian irredenta, did not have an Italian Presence, and its Italian control was only a result of how far the Italian army advanced during the invasion.

Also if someone can tell me how to edit cores/starting claims so I can fix this on my game as it bugs me.

AS far as I know Rhodes and the Dodecanese were not revolting against Italy so a core is good IMHO.
About Lugano you may be right.
Dalmatia/Ljubljana is done for the partitioning of Yugoslavia.

The fact that they werent in full scale revolt doesnt seem like a ample enough reason for them to be a core. It was a colony just like Libya and Somalia. The majority of the population was non Italian.

If we are going to make provinces cores on the simple fact that they werent in full revolt then Germany should be getting a lot of cores across Europe.
