Um yeah, it should be fine. You offer the peace on I think the 30th, they accept on the 31st, then on the 1st you get a yearly tick which drops everyone to 49 or less AE before they can reconsider their attitude and become outraged.

Base AE decay is 2/year and you'll have +50% from 100 prestige so it'll be at least 3, so yes. Unless you have some improve relations malus...
Much easier to ensure that you don't have an heir than it is to ensure they don't have one. I have a disinherit button and massive prestige gain because ottoblob
