It seems Hybrid cultures can not be expanded

Seems it is impossible to add more traditions to hybrid and thatr they are fixed in 5 traditions.

unlike regular traditions that you can have 6 and maybe more.

is that correct, or just my test?


as you can see in the image it only allows to change the existing ones, but your fixed in 5
