It is the 24th but pre-order key hasn't arrived yet

It is 24th in US Eastern, and I have not received my key yet, but apparently others are already getting them? What is going on?

Hi! The steam keys will not be released for another couple of hours, and the Paradox Shop (like all other vendors for this game) carries steam keys. You'll get them as soon as they are released! We don't know for sure when that'll be during the day, but probably around 15.00 CEST.
