For example:
1. Strengthened business alliance system, refer to the American alliance. State shareholding system.
2. Unique reasons for declaring war, exporting ideology. Republics can use it against monarchies and separate territories to form union republics, or theocracies. These newly formed republics or theocracies are a kind of vassal.
3. The unique interaction between the era of despotism and the era of the great revolution.
4. Unique banking and mercenary industries.
5. More efficient, trade blocking function.
6. The influence of trade goods can actively increase the value of specific trade goods in the region. can also be reduced.
7.Theocratic states have additional income and combat power, depending on the overall global belief structure.
8.Theocracy-specific treaties or casus belli: territorial conversion.Unlike the existing "forced conversion", it allows non-capital territories to also convert. The exact size of the conversion depends on the warscore. Manually select the area to be converted.
9.More...

Republics can form exclusive alliances, see Native American Confederation.
Member states run for the new presidency based on factors such as their own development, additional political contributions, relationships with other member states, and relationships with the former presidency.
The term of office of the presidency is 2 years and may be re-elected.
The presidency can issue alliance directives:
1. Joint trade sanctions. A joint trade embargo is imposed on one non-member country and all member countries will enforce it with no negative consequences.
2. Control prices. Raise or lower the price of a single trade item within a certain range, depending on the trade competitiveness or trade power of the alliance's government.
3. Manipulate trade. All member states can be required to transfer an additional 10% of their trade competitiveness to the presidency.
4. Inclusive trade. The presidency can sacrifice a small amount of trade competitiveness to gain trade bonuses from all member states.
5. Trade protection. The presidency pays a certain amount of money and manpower to reduce the rebellion of all member states.
6. Encourage innovation. The presidency pays a certain amount of corruption and inflation, which is enhanced by the spread of ideas among all member states, and a 5% reduction in R&D technology spending.
7. Commercial annexation. The presidency pays a certain price to let a member state become its own ordinary vassal, and may pass a diplomatic vassal within 10 years.
There is a price to pay for these orders, and only one can be activated during a term.

Theocracy can also have some special mechanics:
According to the global belief structure, all theocracies can receive certain rewards.
In general, the more land of faith, the greater the reward.
Theocracy can forcefully interfere with the beliefs of other countries, sending missionaries to other countries, even non-believing countries - in conjunction with funding faith rebels.
Theocracy becomes the guardian of the faith for additional benefits.
Theocracy can start a small jihad against a non-believing country, and all believing countries will get this casus belli. Reference to Crusaders, but smaller in size and rewards.
Sufficient favor and favor can also make a non-believing country convert to religion diplomatically.
and many more.

Summary: Republics and theocracy should have their own way of expansion and interests, rather than fighting wars like most monarchies.

Some of these are pretty balance altering.

I would like to see republics be less kneecapped by absolutism, though. They have by far the longest government reform path for whatever reason, and unlike theocracies which can stack -WS cost to hit the cap with diplomatic + monuments, their only calling card is re-election...itself charging a tax in absolutism + not consistently available (since first-term rulers are often old). They wind up paying an absolute fortune in opportunity cost for a somewhat-advantage in monarch point generation.

The few mechanics that allow for conversion of other nations' provinces are already annoying. Having that available at scale with targeted/focused conversion campaigns would be much worse.
