Wait. In land combat at least, a defence point gives the defender an 80% chance of deflecting a "hit" by an attack point. For any attacks in excess of the defence rating, the unit has a 60% chance of deflecting each attack.

That would seem to imply that it is strictly possible to intercept a rocket with a biplane. My understanding is that it is hardcoding that makes them invulnerable.
