It is possible to hold another empire even after taking Chinese adminstration

I had taken Chinese administration and became the Ming Empire. I managed to conquer all of India, took the decision to become Samrat Chakravartin and was granted the empire of India.
I now hold 2 empires, both ming and India, with India becoming my primary empire.
I can still revoke Duchies as I apparently still have Chinese administration, however I can now enact all the normal imperial laws, even the ones that are supposed to be forbidden to Chinese empires.

I suggest that if you have Chinese administration, the empire of India should NOT be created, or it should be created as a titular empire, or as a non created empire.

Moreover, all the kingdoms in India that were being integrated into my Ming empire are now being integrated into the Indian empire, even though they already are de jure in the empire of India!
Also, the +10 vassal limit from Chinese administration is gone when forming India.

Very messy. I recommend nobody take this decision until Paradox fixes it.
