It is 1300 and I finished every innovation and 90% of my realm is maxed with buildings. Now what?

I was playing a somewhat overpowered Bohemia. I have at least 50 dev in every province, I own both Silesia's, Austria (Upper) and I have about 150 years to go. I am planning on continuing this to EU4, but I have so long to go. The Mongols collapsed with a decent expansion from Jordan to Tannu Uriankhai. I also can't expand because of my lieges laws but I am currently in line for the throne. Should I change the laws so I am permanently the HRE ruler?

You could do a crusade for the furthest part of the world when pope calls for it(if you are catholic). If you contribute the most, make sure you play as your benefactor. Now you have several years of calming down your new domain and you could switch culture to the one where you reside now. And simply restart the innovations race. If you play ironman and dont have the 1453 achievement yet. Try to be patient.

If your planning on turning it over for EU4, if its not ironman you could just let the AI takeover and start a new country on the otherside of the world to create a rival.

Or you could create a crusader state and play as them for the next 150 years if it is ironman

Or, if you've exhausted every goal you had and can not think of new ones - well done, you've completed your game. You can start again somewhere else if you'd like.
