Issues with Patching to 1.103

I just tried to update to the 1.103 patch. The Patch installs correctly but when I launch the game it still claims I have 1.10 patch and my check sum is IVWQ. While this has happened to me before with the Republic DLC hotfix what is different this time is that after clicking on roughly 3 - 6 buttons the game just crashes without any report beyond 'This program has stopped working'. My game worked fine before I tried to patch it.

Recently I downloaded and installed about 4 DLC add ons but the gaem crashes even when I do not run them.

As a Final note I run my game out of a secondary hard drive instead of the typical C drive.

So you have the GamersGate version? Because the Steam version does not require manual patching.

I suggest you do a full clean reinstall: Move valued save games elsewhere, and uninstall the game. Manually delete the CK2 directories from where GG put them and from MyDocuments. Reinstall the game (this time pick somewhere NOT under the system path c:\program files\ ), download 1.103 patch again and apply it.
