Issues with patch, what should i do?

I`ve bought add-on "Battle for the Bosporous" but there`re not any new focuses and even provinces in my game. I think that`s because of i play on patch 1.9.3 and i do not have an access to 1.10.* patches. In Steam pre-game settings i don`t even see 1.10 patch to choose. What should i do?
