I really like that captured equipment is made quite clear now with the information of what exactly you have gained after a nation capitulates, however there are two issues with it that I feel isn't historically accurate.
The first is with The Fate of Czechoslovakia focus - where are the Czechoslovakia tanks that added much strength to the German panzer forces? Does it not say something about getting the equipment but then nothing happens? There needs to be something added in here like when a nation is capitulates, and you get the spoil of their forces. More-so in this case because there was no actual fighting, and the nation was just politically absorbed. In this case, why would it not be 100% of Czechoslovakian equipment?
The second is the fact that when you as Germany defeat any of the coastal nations in Europe such as Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, (France?), and Norway, that their transports get added to Germany, when in fact historically these ships fled their nations and joined with Britain to continue aiding the war by transporting needed things to and from the Island nation. You can probably add any allied nation that capitulates.
France is questionable because of Vichy, but I am certain that the other nations added all their merchant ships to Britain because it was detailed in Len Deighton's book Blood, Tears, and Folly in the Atlantic War.
I can see a small number being captured by Germany, but the vast majority should actually join with Britain in the game. Historically this greatly helped to offset the merchant shipping despite the losses Britain suffered due to German submarines.
Instead, Germany gains a large number of transports by these conquests and it just doesn't make any historical sense for this to happen.
