I was having a look at some of the graphical files, and an issue I also had with EU3 *.dds files came up: when loading them up, part of the images "bleed" into the background. I have no idea how to fix this, and have tried both with a plugin and a converter for the same end results.
Thus, I was hoping someone experienced with modding EU3 graphical files could hint me how to view/edit these files correctly?
