I have a problem where, on a brand new start with any nation, I am being drained 1 administrative point and one military point for a national focus that I do not have. Also considering its the 1400's I couldn't have implemented one anyway. Seems to be some sort of issue at the software level that started after I purchased and downloaded the dlc for art of war and common sense. I put in a ticket but was directed here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
