Ok so I just built a new PC everything is working perfectly, but I launch hearts of iron 4 and go to singleplayer pick time period, and get stuck at updating history. Everybody said to switch my amd drivers back and I did, it didn't work even thought he new ones should be working. I rolled back the game version same issue. Anybody got an idea or solution?
