After downloading the latest patch (1.31.2) yesterday, I started a new game as Portugal. During the initial pause before starting the game, I unwittingly selected the wrong nobility privilege (Supremacy over the Crown), which disabled the diet. Since I was paused, I was still able to press the summon estates button, and no pop-up came up. Fine. Whoops on my part. After unpausing the game, however, mousing over the summon estates button indicated that there was an active agenda, and the "all estates get +5% influence until..." gave a date that advanced with the date of the game; which is to say, would never end. The estates, therefore, permanently had a 5% influence boost. I revoked the "Supremacy over the Crown" privilege later to see if this would. fix the issue with the Diet, but it did not. The date for the end of the influence boost kept advancing, and the mouseover indicated I still had an active agenda, even though I did not.
In summary, three things: The diet button was not disabled when paused after enabling "Supremacy over the Crown;" clicking the button while still paused fired the influence modifier but not the diet popup; and the issue was not fixed by revoking the privilege later.
