Issue Wih Greayt Purge

Playing as the Soviets post Tiger update. Started off with the Purge and Whacked a couple dudes in the first two decisions but at the third decision I chose not to purge and instead prepare for War. After winning the civil war all of my National Focuses reset and I had to re-Purge. All the bonus from the Focuses I had done remained (Social Scientists, NKVD divisions and such as well as I got to keep both exra researrch slots I had unlocked). Then Trotsky showed up and I got another Civil War... Has happened on the two seperate playthroughs I have attempted. Anyone else see this issue? Didnt happen pre-Corn/Tiger.

Have tried just the same: not only Purge have been "resetted" after civil war was won, but the whole focus tree progress - so I was supposed to start from zero again.
Not good, comrades, not good...
