Issue after redownloading HOI:DH

I just got myself a new laptop, and so had to redownload HOIH. However, since redownloading it, combat seems to be much harder than it used to be? Is there some hotfix on the combat multipliers that I forgot to apply or something? I tried playing a WWI game as German which I usually do quite well with and got absolutely slaughtered.

Mmmh, 1.05.1 sounds fine... OXTX is wrong. Sure, you are not using any other mods?

Check-sums should remain unchanged from 1.05:
KVZZ - Darkest Hour Full
TENE - Darkest Hour Light
LNIC - No mods (Darkest Hour Core)

I've installed Kaiserriech, Edge of Darkness and NWO2. The only edit I've made to DH Full directly, is I've edited the combat values on the 'difficulty' folder to make the game a bit easier.
Weirdly enough, I'm now getting the 'TUUY' code when I open DH Full?

Perhaps someone could screenshot their 'working' combat modifiers so i can see if mine are OK? Here are mine for Kairserriech. Are these correct?
