the personal combat system is a system which many mods such as HIP in ASOIAF uses allows characters to have a event based duel with one another during a battle. This system from what I understand used to be a independent which has now been integrated into many other mods but the original mod was not maintained and seems to have gone missing.
Im making this request that someone who thinks there up for the job isolate the duel system so it can be used in a independent mod allowing it to be used with normal CK2.
