Islands...

I was playing EU2 and HoI the other day and I realized how much I like the little details. For example if Eu2 had some of the islands and provinces HoI does it would have made the colonial race more interesting because there would be more to grab.

I hope in CK there are a lot of little places and islands in the waters to be grabbed. Especially between Turkey and Greece.

where is Lyonesse? I was also thinking of the baltic and the english channel with the channel islands and that 'G' island being part of ducal normandy and possessions of the english crown.

AFAIK Lyonesse was a city somewhere between Normandy and England.
It is (probably) a mythical place originating from King Arthur's time (which is of course before 1066, so I realise now that my remark has nothing ot do with CK... ).

But nevertheless there might be some other cities or regions which have disappeared or which are mythological in it after all.

I can't however come up with something...

I hope the useless islands in the North Sea are in as well. The Faeroes, Hebrides, Orkneys...

Jersey is in fact one of the loveliest places I have visited.

I assume you are talking about Guernsey?

There are three channel islands:
Jersey
Guernsey
Isle of Sark

Guernsey has translated into "genser", meaning "sweater" in Norwegian. Ah... I remember my little Viking raid down there.

Jersey is a beaut of a place. But, on the other hand, it is only 9 by 7 miles big. That's not an awful lot of space (though somehow they manage to cram 80,000 people there these days)

I mean come on - you all know in EU2 you went after Tahiti and Oahu
