Island chains and supply

Maybe this works as intended, but there are certain island chains in the game where you do not need sea transport to travel between them (south east asia has lots of these). But if you supply one island in the chain the supply only affects that one island. It would be nice and convenient if supplying one of the islands would supply the whole chain.

You might want to check again TheDarkside. I can get away with running one supply convoy to all my units in Marshall/Eniwetok/Kwajalein/Taongi, Attu/Kiska/Amchitka... anywhere I've found that you can move between islands, supply moves also.

Ok Vulture, here's one: the connection between Sinabang and Medan. Medan is on the island of Sumatra- just west of Singapore. I send supplies to Medan, and my mechanized infantry stantioned there has oil. I sent a motorized unit accross to Sinabang and now he has no oil and its taking forever for him to drive back. I check the city listing under the Prodiction tab, and sure enough, throughout the entire 24 hour period of a day, Medan ahs plenty of oil.

Confirm Medang and Sinabang. Also, most of the other Southeast Asian islands, so i think it is a general bug. You can move infantry across, but supplies do NOT travel with you.

In some cases this is quite realistic, such as with Port Moresby [no way to suppply ohter side of that island with those mountains in between]. Think we need some research on which ones were possible, or more likely a list of which ones were not [think that will be much shorter].

I am not expert enough to do so. Think we need call for volunteer experts on Southeast Asian islands in particular as there are so many.
