Ayatollah Khamenei : Assalamu Aleikum..Ministers, we are here to talk about recent US offer about our nuclear program. Americans offer us to leave our program in exchange for starting talks again. This is such a humiliating offer we can never accept. We will leave our uranium enrichment program and they will let us talk with them. Well, I say let us build the bomb and listen their offers then. Islamic Republic will not give in to threats of sanctions by the West. Having nuclear technology is our right, if they have nuclear technology then we can have our own. If they impose more sanctions on us, then we will develop our technology in all necessary areas.

Ahmedinejad : Ministers, after our refusal of US offer about our nuclear program, EU today came with another offer. In fact, this offer is not much different from first offer, it just adds some small concessions like foreign investment promise to persuade us. But we are not stupid to give up our enrichment program just for minor concessions.

Najjar : Mr. President, we completed the new reactor in Bushehr. Now, I hope, we will be able to enrich uranium to 90 percent. Then we could start the production. If we could expand our reactors, we could increase our productions speed but considering other priorities, this may not be possible.
Ahmedinejad : Thanks Mustafa, this is a great moment for our nation.Our long efforts finally gave results.We can't build more reactors soon, so we should use existing ones. Now, we should increase our military preparations to maximum. We should be ready for any Zionist attack against our lands. I am not sure how long the west will tolerate our nuclear program.
