This implies that most islamic countries are arabic. Look at Africa and indonesia. Or the Berbers. Heck, going back, look at the ottomans or al-andalus. Emphatically not the same culture.

What do u mean with culture?? Language? Cause the culture u live in right now, I'm guessing the western culture as u have an American flag, was created out of christianity and it's beleif. U can see this in the western countries legal systems, family life and norms (custom rules). Probably it's harder to recognise a thing when u live "in" it. It's easier to put a mark on a thing that's outside our own sphere if u know what I mean. That's why we so "easily" can point out what is typicall of another culture.
