you are only able to able to do peasant uprisings one country at a time? i just want to see if this is correct because it seems odd.
I Just tried to do the communist uprising in albania, and instantly they joined the comintern, not my faction? why? i just spent months supplying them through the decisions? this doesnt seem right.
before i make a bug post i was curious if anyone else had experienced issues like this.
