As I was watching Youtube, I came to this hoi4 video:
At first I thought that this must be a beta version of the new update, since it has a russian unique focus tree which was promised to be added in the new patch.
But then I saw that the video has money as well as methods to transfer territory, which while cool ideas, I don't think the developers would implement that much in a single patch.
There is a hoi4 mod that allows for flexibility in demanding and accepting/refusing giving up territory: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1445449208
Making it possible for any nation to demand any territory rather than only being able to demand territory via events or focus tree.
As for the money, I don't think I ever saw a money mod for hoi4. It makes sense to have the $ since that was the new standard. Even if the gold standard is kept by USA it still makes sense for keep it not complicated reasons. I always wondered why there isn't money in the game. Sure nations can always print money to buy stuff from inside them, but that would only devalue their currency to the rest of the world, post World War I Germany knows what I'm talking about.
I looked around but couldn't find anything, it's probably a mod but there is hope that this is in fact a beta version of the new update, which one is it?
