A while back I heard someone tell me that you can do 1 quest each for all the NPC factions without hurting anyone's relationship with you.

That sounds reasonable and I was just wondering if someone could confirm if this is true or not?

The first quest for each faction will only result in a warning from the other factions about them not liking it.
Later quests will incur a -5 relationship penalty.

You can change this will "Passive" NPCs. The penalties are removed. It sucks though, you get 1/2 the quests when you do.
