Running an Elective Monarchy as a Grand Duke. Eldest son is the nominee, but it was about time I changed it to primogeniture anyway. And now Oldest son, who was the nominee, is `outraged by succession law change` -50 penalty, even though it favors HIM. He was the tenuous successor, now he's the cast in stone successor. Isn't that a bit ridiculous ?

It's hard coded, succession law opinion modifiers are kinda dumb and somewhat random at the moment. Most, if not all, things related to succession are hard coded at the moment.
