If you want strength and money ASAP I'd recommend trying to use commonwealth while they're your ally to conquer all of denmark
if you own all of that land directly north of you you'll have really great trade income and you'll have plenty of sailors to properly field a navy

Well my save file got currupted so I have to start a new game all over again.

Your backup was corrupted, too? If this happens more often to you, you can try to sometimes start from your backup-save. This means you keep the original save, since game is using the backup-save and creates a backup-to-backup-save. This means you can play on from an earlier point in the campaign and not the entire campaign is lost.

conquering silesia early is good achivement for starter no doubt even I ignore that quest at start of game since bohemia much more powerfull than you so gj

Is it saves locally or uploads to Steam cloud?
Sometimes, issues in the upload process can cause this. You can opt for a local save instead if you're playing only from one computer.

Good progress regardless.
