no, VSync is not on. Yet none of my setting changes can bring it above that. Is anyone actually managing to run the game at higher frame rates?

I had like 100+ FPS while loading etc,lower during battles but no, didn's notice any “cap” at 60.

If you haven`t yet check the AMD/Nvidia graphics settings on your desktop. Maybe your general/game profile overwrites your ingame settings for Vsync/ max Framerate
what's strange is that I already checked beforehand. I was aware that something like that could happen from graphics card issues with NieR, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

VSyncInterval = 0
is in the Steel Division settings file too. Seems to be some weird bug.

Not that it matters in the end, for I still get only 50fps at best in Steel Division, on lowest settings with no rendering reduction. It's just that changing it to 50 and 25% maxes both out at 60fps.
