I declared ordinary conquest war, peaced out every other belligerent. I can only demand their full annexion, not a single province

EDIT: it changed upon monthly tic. Can a moderator move it to bug section? I'm using 1.8 with latest hotfix and all major BLC's (CoP, RR, WoN and AoW)
