I know using console can make it complete instantly, but that was too much.
What i'm looking for is like make it complete faster, like the modifier to research. Because in the new update there are so many new focuses added and it takes like forever to complete all those end-tier focuses. So i'd like to have some extra help to enjoy all those new focus.

But that is the idea - it forces you to prioritize Things, Just Like PP and research already do. There simply is Not enough time/resources to accomplish everything at once.
The Game would Turn Bland otherwise

I know for certain you can change a single variable to make all the national focuses go faster. I don't recall what it is at the moment, but I know it exists, and will start looking.

I can understand the feeling, though. At times, and with certain focus trees, you have little choice in what focuses to take if you want to do well.
If you're playing for Austria-Hungary, you'll need to get Austria and Czechoslovakia immediately, and to get Austria requires 5 whole focuses, more than a year of focuses that really don't feel like they do much, when you could be rearming and preparing your industry for the war, like all the other nations.
And China gets about a million billion amazingly cool focuses, but most of them will likely have to wait until after the war to be done, or require that Japan not attack.

Don't get me wrong - I Love to do all focuses, I am kind of a completionist, but not being able to do everything at once makes me think hard about my choices. That is a good thing

I was wrong, there isn't a single variable, but rather a "cost" variable associated with each national focus.
If you're willing to wade through the game files a bit, you can find the national focus text files in [installation directory]\Hearts of Iron IV\common\national_focus, you can then do a find and replace function with nearly any text editor to change "cost = 10" to whatever you'd like. Each 1 cost is 7 days. You can also easily find the installation directory by right clicking the game in steam, selecting "Properties", clicking on the "Local Files" tab, then clicking "Browse Local Files..."

I hope this helps.

No, you were correct. In the defines file, the "focus point days" I believe is what you were thinking of.

NFocus = {
FOCUS_POINT_DAYS = 7, -- Each point takes a week
FOCUS_PROGRESS_PEACE = 1, -- Progress during peace
FOCUS_PROGRESS_WAR = 1, -- Progress during war
MAX_SAVED_FOCUS_PROGRESS = 10, -- This much progress can be saved while not having a focus selected
},
