Its hard to believe something like this has not been included.
So when a vassal has low opinion of you, they will give you less tax. Okay. Cool.
Is there no way I can assign a modifier to a vassal that makes them give you even less tax? Lets say the vassal is very far. I want to set a distance penalty to the levy and tax modifier they give you. There is NO WAY to do this???
