Like in CK2? Since so far we have only seen the family tab, which doesn't give you any idea how is everybody related.

A character's immediate family tree is present so far.
A proper "dynasty tree" view is unfortunately not, though.
You can possibly run a dynasty in monarchies, by micromanaging characters like rulers and their sons.
They also cut the "character life/career record" feature from the game that allowed you to see what a character accomplished in his/her life. Sad, but they said it bloated the save files, so it is for good reason.
