I bought EU1 on GamersGate,but it doesn't play BGM.
Is there BGM?

There was, but only on the original disc. It was delivered in .wav form on the disc, and for size and/or licensing reasons was removed from later versions.

Depends.

As long as you can offer up MP3:s without copyright issues, it is not a problem. (Also non-profit, non-spam etc.)

So, if it is neither evil, nor illegal, you should be able to go ahead.
