1) Requesting no randomness of advanced starts. Let's say I have a galaxy full of custom created empires. Is there no way currently to specify which ones I want to start as advanced?
2) There is a way to force spawn a custom empire as fallen empire, yet there is no way to have an empire spawn as pre-FTL / primitive. Or is there a way?
