? Why would you integrate 1 per month? You're an empire so have 3 diplomats, set to integrate all 3 at once. You have a core on Roh now but I swear there's still 1 province that doesn't have a timmy core?

Also it's pointless to integrate sistan, it's useless land and uses up gov capacity which you have in short supply pre forming mughals

No, you integrate 1 in January 1454, and 3 more in February 1454. I've done a Timmy campaign very recently, annexing Afghanistan is free. That just leaves Sistan.

Edit: Here's the 1444 setup, clearly Timmy only doesn't cores on Sistan's provinces.

Well I'll take your word on Afghanistan being free. And if it is, 1 then 3 does make sense, probably best to tranny first as it has the highest impact on liberty desire.
