According to the game manual, improving infrastructure increase resources produce in the province!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So does this mean that it has been done before and was removed???
I really wish that a new patch (if there is any) coming out will actually add this feature to the game!!!! Oh man the impossible to add resources to this game is killing the fun of it

Improving Infarstruture does NOT increase prodcution of raw materials...the manual has lies written ALL over it, there's a real manual somewhere online, sorry I don't have the link, does anyone else have it?

The wrong thing in the game is how nations that start out with industrial capacity way above the resources produced.......... i have tried nation like portugal or hungary, lousy enough, all of their coal/steel/rubber are underproduced relate to their consumption. The worst thing is - they don't even have rubber production and their oil production is pathetic.. does this mean that the nation will have to stick with 10 IC 2 years later??? Don't be stupid
Something like this need to be addressed

Just like IRL. Iraq built that massive army 15-20 years ago by TRADING oil for it. They didn't BUILD squat. If you play a minor in the game, expect a hard time.

Nation like Portugal is a developed nation, but in the game they are short in all kind of resources, and their startup bulk is very low, I don't think that a 12 IC 2 years (down from 50 IC in beginning) after the game represents the condition of a developed nation does it??
At least give me the power to make the difference, at least allow me to turn a lousy nation into a local economic power............. I wish I was given that power

Edit the save game files and give YOURSELF the chance. Don't complain when the designers created a easily fixable game.

If I just want those resources I can simply cheat
But i prefer the hard and logical way, the way when you can gain from resrouces by improving infrastructure (thought never exist)
Whats the fun of having to max out all the IC and have to type in *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal *coal every 20 minutes

Actually you dont have to type "coal" in everytime just press up on the d-pad and it'll go to the last thing written ;)

You guys haven't learn anything from Steele and his multiple conquest? Any nation can become powerful. I go to again to my Irish feat, solved the no IC problem by taking Portugal (worth the dissent hit) and then when Franco joins the axis, took Spain. I had some of the Balkans (Serbia and Croatia) I was a power, of course I had alot of help from CORE events and the US expeditionary corps but either way you can make a small country big things. Lets just stay away from one province countries ;)
