-I'm muscovy I dow kazan horde with holy war CB. Kazan horde is a huge blob anyway, I though it would be no way possible for war leader to change, I though I would be ok though because I have better tech.
-LOL looks like I thought wrong, Kazan is allied to Timurid and zaphoridze (I think?)
-War leader changes to Timurid.
-Timurid calls everybody and their mothers into war now, including ottomans, including other horde allies.
-timurid stays war leader, thankfully
-Ottomans invade with their huge doomstacks through military access through POLAND OF ALL PLACES (I had alrady neutralized crimea in earlier wars)
-I bribe myself out of this diplomatic shenanigan, with peacing out through Timurid, war leader after I win some battles against Kaazan and timurid.
Next time Poland, I got my eye on you... :glare:
BTW it was not coalition war. It said, simply that Ottoman was defender in the war of Muscovite crusade against Kazan. It's just weird how these cascading alliances happen for some reason or the other. Is there any underlying logic into the mechanic (war leader change during war)
