He did, though. I don't really want to search through that whole thread, though. Basically he did it quickly. Converting only 12 in a short time doesn't hurt chances of reforms passing and it happens fast enough that relations don't drop too much. PS : this is the post that everyone is talking about

Converting in peace deals is different from converting from the Reformation.
