Is there a way to set a notification for nearing mon. point cap/modifier expiration?

I often find myself losing focus on monarch points only to look up and see green numbers. I have similar problems with stuff like -tech cost modifiers. It'd be nice to have a flag pop up similar to when when you have too many relations or whatever or a message prompt. I know you can set a message pop up for an expired modifier but near as I've looked there's not one for soon to expire ones.
