Is there a way to rename my empire half-way through a game on xbox?

The console sub-forum is this way.
You actually can rename quite a few things by just clicking/interacting/'whatever-you-do-on-consoles' with the name, including your empire's name.
Just ask a Mod to move the thread to the console sub-forum.
