So I have the muslim advisor pack for eu4 and I want to know if I can use those portraits for my avatar on here. I already synced my owned items though cosmetic dlc doesnt seem to be synced on there. Am I only allowed to pick from these default avatars?

When you check your owned items, there are some boxes that are labeled with "Also includes avatars". Only those particular items include additional avatars.
