Is there a way to gain control of a specific non-home system from a vassal?

Does anybody know if there is a way to intergrate or just gain control over a vassal controlled system?
Because trading isnt really a option to gain control of systems.
like, I thought maybe is there a holding or something like that you can build on a planet or system so you can intergrate a specific system?
I would like to keep the vassal, but he gained control of a system during a war with a purifier, and now I look at it I would rather fancy that system too.
and declaring there independence then war bla bla bla is too much of a hassle for a loyal vassal.
any tips?

trading is the only way to get control over specific systems that a vassal might have under their sway

so, you'd have to make the trade really worth it for them to do it

barring that, nope, you either attempt to trade, or say f it and integrate them and be prepared to fix their planets once they've become part of your empire

You can't trade for them anymore, the devs couldn't find a way to make the AI understand what systems are good or bad and how to value them, so they just made it so the AI will never accept trading any of their systems to you no matter what.

Your only option to integrate them and then release the parts you want (good luck making the sector have only the right parts) or releasing them and putting a claim on it and going to war to resubjugate them
