Is there a way to filter equipement types for wings reinforcement?

If I use air experience to design variants of fighters of the same generation, specialized with different upgrades depending on missions to which I wish to assign them, is there a way to decide which variants will be available for each wing reinforcement, like you do with equipment in division templates?
You can decide the composition when you create the wing, but I would like to keep this composition after losses and subsequent reinforcement.

Not that I am aware of, no.

Which means you can't have e.g. long-range fighters in one air wing, and high attack fighters in a different air wing.

i think it's quite a common frustration/suggestion with the management of air units.

one of my mods, I had a thing, so that older models of fighter could be converted into something more useful.
