Is there a way to change the default unit names?

I mean when there are no unit names in the "unitnames.csv"... The default is "1st Inf. Regulars" or "1st Dra. Regulars" I would like to change this default because it does not coincide with any of the starting .incs'.

I have a suspician its in one of the 'config' files.
