Is there a way to "block" the FPS of my game ?

My computer is really getting hot since the last update and I'm wondering if there is a way to block it to 30 FPS or something like that to make it less buggy ?

I use EVGA Precision X for this.

Use Bandicam. It's free, and it works flawlessly for any game.

Use Speedfan to make your fans run faster. But you really need to address the cause, which is likely that a fan has failed, your vents are blocked with dust, and/or your GPU heatsink thermal paste is failing.
