Last time I looked at Paradox previous 3 inhouse games ( EU4, CK2 and Victoria 2 )?
Interesting, do you remember when the demos came out in relation to the eventual release of the a.m. games ?
As long as you get the computer in the settlement youre goldenI'm really screwed then. I'm here at least 10 times a day...waiting...hoping. I've told my boss to expect me to be off between 1 day to 1 month once it does release and my wife says she already has the divorce paperwork drawn up if I do...

Better a lengthy delay than releasing a turkey.Funny.. I remember times where the developers of the game gave an exact date for February 2014 and now it is 2016 and it does not seem like the game will be released soon.. I can understand why some People get unpatient and get angry on the developers..

And how angry would they get if PDS released the pre alpha build in 2014-15 as a finished product?
I wonder how angry people will be when we are half way through 2016 with no release date.
i'd be quite surprised if it does release this year, even though it is announced to do so, i remember reading a while back that the majority of the development of hoi4 was done by a handful of dev's, like 4-5, podcat is practically the linchpin, given his the coder, and did alot of work on hoi3, so his the best man for the job. He knows the strengths & flaws of the game, and is in a better position to explain them & the reasoning i gather.I'm starting too worry about a release this year with the DD being on China and not naval invasions, is Podcat the only one that knows about naval invasions?

Aye, but as has been said on this topic, they're playing a build that's months old (for save-compatibility). If you ask me they should play shorter scenarios to better showcase how things have changed.
