We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Haven't heard anything definitive, but the "thursday-only" trend doesn't apply to patches, to my recollection. For that matter the Thursday trend is relatively new. Tuesdays used to be release day, for some reason.
For betas, a Thursday or Friday is common, but more because they want people to have a weekend to try to break it, rather than any specific policy. I think Wiz said he was trying to get one more hotfix out before making an "official" patch, so my hopes are more for another beta today or tomorrow.
