Is there a list some where that tells which provinces start with manufactories?

Specifically I'm looking for universities but wouldn't mind having the others as well. I tried searching on google and the wiki but didn't have much luck.

You should be able to spot them on terrain map mode. They're tiny buildings next to your city.

University: Parma, Pisa, Siena for Milan, Modena, Ferarra, Romanga, and Fienze in the Northern Italy region. The rests are in Ile-de-France, Toulouse, and Brabant around the France region..
Textile: Antwerp, Vlaanderen, both owned by Burgundy.

I really did look. Google kept directing me to http://www.paradoxian.org/eu3wiki/University#Manufactories. Sometimes the wiki is a bit difficult to navigate unless you know exactly what to search for. I often have the same issue when I search for country specific missions though I am able to find it eventually. Also, I think that map may be for IN because I know toulouse has one and it's not listed.

The map on this link is not updated for the DW version.

In DW 5.1, at the 1399 start, there are 2 textile manufactories (Antwerpen (BUR) and Vlanderwen (BUR)) and 15 universities :
- Beira (POR)
- Salamanca (CAS)
- Toulouse and Île-de-France (FRA)
- Brabant (BRA)
- Oxfordshire and Essex (ENG)
- Bohemia (BOH)
- Parma, Modena, Ferrara, Romagna, Firenze, Pisa and Sienna (in north Italy).
