Is there a file I can edit to change the soundtrack?

If I have some mp3s I'd like the game to play for background music instead of (or in addition to) the current background music, is there a way to do that? Some kind of track-listing file, perhaps?

Just go into the Music folder and replace the mp3s with mp3s of your choice.

The \europa universalis\music folder contains every track. If you add an MP3 to that folder, it will be part of the "rotation"
